Job summary

PACS is seeking an RN Supervisor to oversee day-to-day nursing activities during the tour of duty. The role requires guiding LVN/LPNs, CNAs and other staff while ensuring compliance with standards and regulations. A BSN is required, with 2+ years in long-term care and supervisory experience.

PCC experience is preferred. Responsibilities include coordinating resident care, administering IVs, reporting rounds, and maintaining quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an Accredited School of Nursing with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing.
• 2 years or more experience preferably in a long-term care facility and a minimum of 2 years supervisory experience.
• Knowledge and experience with PCC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and participate in resident care.
• Manage and administer IVs.
• Supervise, instruct and assist LVN/LPN Nurses, Treatment Nurses and CNAs in provision of care with prompt response to call signals.
• Make rounds and provide report.
• Perform skilled care assessments.
• Participate in orientation and on-going training of staff.
• Respond to and monitor care issues and changes in condition.
• Assist residents in achieving the highest practicable level of self-care, independence and well-being.
