PACS is seeking an Registered Nurse (RN) to supervise daily nursing activities within a long-term care facility. The role requires ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local guidelines while maintaining the highest quality of resident care.

The RN will support the Director of Nursing, coordinate nursing staff, and participate in policy development, care planning, and quality assurance activities to uphold patient safety and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Nursing Degree and be licensed to practice as an RN in the state.
• Excellent command of English for documentation and communication.
• Ability to supervise and coordinate day-to-day nursing activities.

Responsabilités

• Supervise day-to-day nursing activities to ensure high quality care.
• Assist the Director of Nursing in directing nursing functions.
