Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have BSN with active RN license.
• Minimum 2 years in a long-term care setting with supervisory experience.
• Experience with PCC or similar EHR is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise day-to-day nursing activities.
• Manage and administer IVs.
• Supervise and train LVN/LPNs, CNAs, and other nursing staff.
• Make rounds and provide reports to DON/ADON as needed.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
