Job summary

Apple Rehab Saybrook seeks an experienced RN Supervisor to oversee nursing services, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead day-to-day operations with a team of charge nurses.

The role requires a current CT RN license, supervisory experience, and strong teamwork with physicians and staff. Weekend on-call is part of the schedule; long-term care experience is preferred..Equal opportunity employer; location in Old Saybrook, CT.

Qualifications

• Current state RN license in good standing.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Teamwork and cooperation with others.
• Long-term care experience preferred.
• Knowledge of rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices and long-term care regulations.
• Weekend on-call availability required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise nursing services for residents while ensuring compliance with regulations.
• On-call responsibility every 4th weekend.
• Direct charge nurses and coordinate care plans with medical staff.
• Collaborate with the Nursing Director on operations and emergency support for shifts.
• Adjust care plans per physician directives and medical needs.
