Job summary

Apple Rehab Coccomo in Meriden, CT, is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor for our 100-bed skilled nursing community. You will oversee nursing services, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead charge nurses to maintain top-quality resident care.

The role requires an active state RN license and prior supervisory experience, with a focus on detail, teamwork, and regulatory knowledge essential to long-term care. Walk-in interviews welcome during posted hours.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current state RN license and be in good standing.
• Previous supervisory experience required.
• Attention to detail, good follow through, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Demonstrates cooperation and ability to work as a team.
• Long term care experience preferred.
• Knowledge of rehabilitative/restorative nursing and long term care regulations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, oversee, and execute nursing services for residents while ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Supervise day-to-day nursing activities to maintain high-quality care.
• Collaborate with Nursing Director to plan operations and emergency support for shifts.
• Coordinate nursing activities with medical requirements and care plans.
• Direct charge nurses to ensure proper care.
