Job summary

Allendale Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead nursing operations on the 3PM-11PM shift. A current New Jersey RN license and valid BLS certification are required, with at least 2 years of nursing experience.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered RN license in New Jersey.
• Valid BLS/CPR certification required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple patients in a fast-paced setting.
• Minimum 2+ years of nursing experience in a healthcare setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with residents, families, and staff.
• Knowledge of nursing regulations and center policies.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care to ensure safe, effective, and timely delivery.
• Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff during shifts.
• Monitor resident conditions and ensure interventions are documented.
• Ensure compliance with orders, care plans, and facility procedures.
