Job summary

Riverfront Rehab is seeking an RN Nursing Supervisor for a night shift (Monday–Thursday, 11pm–7am) in New Jersey. The role supervises care delivery on units, coordinates staff assignments, ensures quality and regulatory compliance, and administers treatments and medications.

Applicants must have at least one year in long-term care nursing management, hold a valid NJ RN license, and demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of one year in LTC nursing management.
• NJ Registered Nurse license required.
• Experience with geriatric long-term care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assumes responsibility and accountability for nursing services delivered to residents.
• Provides direct care, administers treatments and medications.
• Organizes and distributes daily assignments to direct care staff.
• Supervises direct care staff and makes decisions about resident care needs.
• Ensures that Flow of Care is followed and that regulatory standards are met.
• Interacts effectively with residents, families and interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintains confidentiality of resident and facility information.
• Performs duties in alignment with facility policies and mission.
