Deptford Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare in Deptford, NJ seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for the Evening Shift (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM) in our skilled nursing facility. The role focuses on leading nursing staff and ensuring high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum 3 years Long-Term Care experience.
• Strong and positive Team Director leadership for all staff.
• Familiarity with EHR and Eperscribing programs.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and assign nursing staff to complete resident care requirements.
• Establish a compassionate environment by supporting residents and families.
• Provide information to residents and staff by answering questions and requests.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by following rules and regulations.
• Maintain resident confidentiality and document resident care services.
• Foster cooperative relationships among health care teams.
