Atlantic Coast Healthcare and Rehabilitation is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead our nursing team and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care on shift. This role emphasizes clinical leadership, supervision, and collaboration with the care team in a Nursing Home/Long Term Care setting.

The position is part-time, overnight shift, with every other weekend requirement, and compensation is $48/hour. A valid NJ RN license and at least two years of supervisory experience are required.

Qualifications

• Active and valid New Jersey RN license in good standing.
• 2 years of supervisor or leadership experience.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Demonstrated leadership in Nursing Home/Long Term Care.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision to nursing staff, including assignment of duties.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
• Monitor patient safety and maintain high standards of care quality.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Support residents and families by addressing concerns and providing updates on care.
• Manage admissions and coordinate care plans with physicians and clinical staff.
