Allendale Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center seeks an RN Supervisor to lead nursing teams, ensuring safe, high-quality resident care and regulatory compliance on the 3PM-11PM shift.

Must hold an active New Jersey RN license and BLS; a minimum of 2 years nursing experience is required. No prior supervisory experience is necessary as training is provided. This full-time role offers competitive benefits and a supportive work environment.

Qualificações

• RN license in New Jersey (active, unencumbered).
• BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple patients in a fast-paced setting.
• Minimum 2+ years of nursing experience.
• No prior supervisory experience required; training provided.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, regulations and standards.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care to ensure safe, effective, and timely care.
• Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff during assigned shifts.
• Monitor resident conditions and ensure appropriate interventions are documented.
• Ensure compliance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies.
• Communicate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and families about changes in condition or care needs.
• Assist in managing multiple residents and prioritize care based on urgency.
• Support adherence to nursing regulations and safety standards.
• Promote a positive work environment through teamwork and leadership.
