Allendale Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking an RN Supervisor for a full-time 3PM-11PM shift in New Jersey. The role leads nursing operations, ensures regulatory compliance, and provides leadership to nursing staff to promote quality resident care.

The ideal candidate holds an active New Jersey RN license, BLS CPR certification, and at least 2 years of nursing experience. Training for supervision is provided, with performance-based expectations and strong communication across teams.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered active RN license in New Jersey.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with staff, residents, families, and regulatory agencies.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care activities to ensure residents receive safe, effective, and timely care.
• Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff during assigned shifts.
• Monitor resident conditions and ensure appropriate interventions are implemented and documented.
• Ensure compliance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and family members regarding changes in condition or care needs.
• Assist in managing multiple residents and prioritize care based on clinical urgency.
• Support adherence to nursing regulations, safety standards, and facility guidelines.
• Promote a positive work environment through teamwork, communication, and professional leadership.
