Job summary

Saber Health Group in a skilled nursing facility seeks an Admissions Coordinator to manage the customer journey from inquiry to admission. You will build positive relations with prospects and referral sources, verify payer information, and handle paperwork to support community profitability and census goals.

You will coordinate tours, admissions, insurance verifications and pre-certifications while ensuring excellent customer service and teamwork within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience working in a healthcare setting.
• Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs, including referral software and electronic health record software.
• Supervisor experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the customer flow from inquiry to actual admission.
• Ensure positive relations with potential customers and referral sources.
• Ensure proper payer for admission and all necessary paperwork.
• Coordinate tours, admissions, insurance verifications & pre-certs.
