Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care in a skilled nursing facility. You will assess resident needs, create individualized care plans, administer nursing care, and supervise nursing staff to ensure the highest level of patient safety and comfort.

Applicants must hold an active RN license in the state, CPR/BLS certification, and have familiarity with electronic health record software.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered RN license for the state of practice.
• Must possess CPR or BLS certification.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate EHR software.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer nursing care and evaluate outcomes.
• Supervise nursing assistants and other staff in delivering care.
• Follow health, sanitary, and infection-control policies and procedures.
