Qualifications

• Minimum of three years’ experience in a healthcare setting.
• Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate various software programs, including referral software and EHR.

Responsibilities

• Manage the customer flow from inquiry to admission.
• Maintain positive relations with potential customers and referral sources.
• Coordinate tours, admissions, insurance verifications and pre-certifications.
• Ensure proper payer for admission and contribute to census goals.
