Job summary
Saber Health Group in Bangor, PA is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our skilled nursing facility team. You will assess residents, develop individualized care plans, administer nursing care, and supervise nursing assistants while ensuring high-quality standards of care.

Qualifications
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Must possess a current, unencumbered RN license in the practicing state.
- CPR or BLS certification required.
- Basic computer skills and ability to navigate EHR software.
Responsibilities
- Assess residents’ needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer nursing care and evaluate nursing outcomes.
- Supervise nursing assistants and other personnel in delivering care.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and regulatory standards.
