Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries from prospective residents and families with admissions details.
• Coordinate and process admissions paperwork in compliance with regulations.
• Verify eligibility and coverage with providers and insurers.
• Maintain accurate records of admissions and related documentation.
• Provide facility tours and answer questions about services and accommodations.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to meet resident care needs pre-admission.
• Act as liaison between families, residents, and internal teams.
