Job summary

Complete Care Management is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead nursing staff at Kimberly Hall South in Windsor, CT. You will oversee care plans, monitor resident health, and respond to changes in status for residents recently discharged and those needing long-term care.

This role supports a caring, compliant team in a facility setting. The position offers Friday evening shift 3–11pm, a negotiable salary, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Licensed to work within CT as an RN.
• Prior long-term care experience required.
• Strong leadership and clinical skills.

Responsibilities

• Care Needs & Planning: Assist to implement & revise care plans, monitors health conditions, supplements direct care needs & responds to emergencies or changes in status.
• Staff Oversight & Scheduling: Observes care assignments, manages coverage needs, evaluates staff performance, educate & lead staff
• Family & Team Liaison: Communicates changes in resident conditions to families/providers, works collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team
• Documentation: Reviews and investigates incidents, transcribes orders, audits medical charges and maintains record compliance for accuracy
• Family, Resident, Staff Education: Explain health status, changes and expectations for care, guides and direct care skills with intervention as needed
