Job summary

Complete Care - Connecticut is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor (Registered Nurse) for an evening shift (3pm-11pm) in Connecticut. The role focuses on leading care teams in a long-term care setting, with emphasis on planning, documentation, and family collaboration.

Qualifications

• Licensed to work within the State of Connecticut as an RN.
• Able to pass background check, drug screen, references & physical evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Care Needs & Planning: implement and revise care plans, monitor health conditions, respond to emergencies.
• Staff Oversight & Scheduling: oversee care assignments, manage coverage, evaluate staff performance, educate and lead staff.
• Family & Team Liaison: communicate changes to families/providers, collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.
• Documentation: review incidents, transcribe orders, audit charges, maintain record accuracy.
• Family, Resident, Staff Education: explain health status and care expectations, guide care skills.

Here’s What You’ll Do for Our Residents & Facility:
