Job summary

Complete Care Management is seeking an RN Supervisor (Registered Nurse) to manage care for residents in a 11pm-7am shift with full-time status, plus weekend coverage during 7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm. The role includes overseeing staff, coordinating care plans, and ensuring safety and compliance in a skilled nursing setting.

Responsibilities cover care planning, supervision, resident-family liaison, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in Rhode Island is required.
• Prior long-term care experience is required.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screen, references, and physical evaluation.
• Excels in leadership and clinical competency.

Here’s What You’ll Do for Our Residents & Facility:

Care Needs & Planning: Assist to implement & revise care plans, monitors health conditions, supplements direct care needs & responds to emergencies or changes in status

Staff Oversight & Scheduling: Observes care assignments, manages coverage needs, evaluates staff performance, educate & lead staff

Family & Team Liaison: Communicates changes in resident conditions to families/providers, works collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team

Documentation: Reviews and investigates incidents, transcribes orders, audits medical charges and maintains record compliance for accuracy

Family, Resident, Staff Education: Explain health status, changes and expectations for care, guides and direct care skills with intervention as needed
