Complete Care Management is hiring RN Registered Nurse for Direct Care in a patient-centered setting. We provide skilled nursing after hospital discharge, therapy support, and long-term care needs. Perks include growth opportunities and daily pay options, plus a benefits package.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing for the state

Responsibilities

• Administer medications (oral, topical, IV, injectable)
• Perform wound care and pain management, dressings
• Conduct health assessments and track changes
• Create, update and execute individualized care plans
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, social workers and others
• Educate residents and families on health status and care expectations
• Maintain detailed health records and progress notes
• Oversee and delegate tasks to LPNs and CNAs to ensure quality care

Here’s What You’ll Do for Our Residents:

Administer Medications: Give oral, topical, IV, injectable medications

Treatments: Perform wound care/prevention, manage pain, apply dressings

Assessment & Monitoring: Conduct health assessments, track changes & analyze data

Care Planning: Create, update & execute individualized care

Collaboration: Strategize care with physicians, therapists, social workers & others

Family & Resident Education: Explain health status, changes and expectations for care

Documentation: Keep a detailed record of health status, all care, progress & interactions

Team Oversight: Oversee & delegate to LPN’s and CNA’s ensuring quality care/teamwork
