Job summary

Complete Care at Kimberly Hall South is seeking an RN Supervisor to oversee care for residents in a long-term care setting. The role is 3-11pm every Friday (8 hours/week) with negotiable pay and opportunities for advancement.

• Licensed to work within this state as a RN Registered Nurse.
• Able to pass background check, drug screen, professional references check & physical evaluation

Responsibilities

• Care Needs & Planning: Assist to implement & revise care plans, monitors health conditions, supplements direct care needs & responds to emergencies or changes in status
• Staff Oversight & Scheduling: Observes care assignments, manages coverage needs, evaluates staff performance, educate & lead staff
• Family & Team Liaison: Communicates changes in resident conditions to families/providers, works collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team
• Documentation: Reviews and investigates incidents, transcribes orders, audits medical charges and maintains record compliance for accuracy
• Family, Resident, Staff Education: Explain health status, changes and expectations for care, guides and direct care skills with intervention as needed
