Job summary

Complete Care at Groton Regency is seeking an RN Supervisor (Registered Nurse) for full-time night and weekend shifts in Westerly, RI. You will oversee care plans, monitor residents, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.

This leadership role requires RI RN license and prior long-term care experience; strong clinical skills and the ability to mentor staff. We offer advancement opportunities, benefits, and a daily pay option.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN to practice in Rhode Island
• Prior long-term care experience
• Ability to pass background check, drug screen, references, and physical evaluation
• Strong leadership and clinical competency

Responsibilities

• Care Needs & Planning: Assist to implement & revise care plans, monitors health conditions, supplements direct care needs & responds to emergencies or changes in status
• Staff Oversight & Scheduling: Observes care assignments, manages coverage needs, evaluates staff performance, educate & lead staff
• Family & Team Liaison: Communicates changes in resident conditions to families/providers, works collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team
• Documentation: Reviews and investigates incidents, transcribes orders, audits medical charges and maintains record compliance for accuracy
• Family, Resident, Staff Education: Explain health status, changes and expectations for care, guides and direct care skills with intervention as needed
