Complete Care at Groton Regency is seeking an RN Supervisor to oversee care planning, staff scheduling, and family communication for residents requiring post-acute and long-term care. The role supports clinical teams, ensures documentation accuracy, and facilitates staff development in a busy skilled nursing facility in Groton, CT.

Qualifications

• Licensed to work within the State of Connecticut as an RN Registered Nurse.
• Able to pass background check, drug screen, professional references check & physical evaluation.
• Excels in leadership and clinical competency.
• Looking for growth and career development.
• REQUIRED: Prior Long Term Care Experience.

Responsibilities

• Care Needs & Planning: assist to implement and revise care plans, monitor health status and respond to changes.
• Staff Oversight & Scheduling: observe care assignments, manage coverage, evaluate staff, educate and lead.
• Family & Team Liaison: communicate changes in resident conditions to families and providers; collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.
• Documentation: review incidents, transcribe orders, audit charges and maintain record accuracy.
• Family, Resident, Staff Education: explain health status and care plans; guide and teach care skills.

Here’s What You’ll Do for Our Residents & Facility:
