RN Supervisor (Registered Nurse)

Shift schedule: 3-11p every other weekend, 7-3pm every weekend. Extra shift differential pay: $2.00 Sun–Thu & $3.00 Fri–Sat. Opportunities for advancement.

Required: Prior long-term care experience.

We provide skilled nursing care to people recently discharged from the hospital, needing therapy and to those needing long-term care.

Here’s What You’ll Do for Our Residents & Facility:

Care Needs & Planning: Assist to implement and revise care plans, monitor health conditions, supplement direct care needs, and respond to emergencies or changes in status.

Staff Oversight & Scheduling: Observe care assignments, manage coverage needs, evaluate staff performance, educate and lead staff.

Family & Team Liaison: Communicate changes in resident conditions to families/providers, work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team.

Documentation: Review and investigate incidents, transcribe orders, audit medical charges, and maintain record compliance for accuracy.

Family, Resident, Staff Education: Explain health status, changes and expectations for care, guide and direct care skills with intervention as needed.
