Complete Care at Groton Regency seeks an RN to provide skilled nursing support for residents requiring therapy and long-term care. You will contribute to care plans, monitor health conditions, and respond to emergencies, working within a collaborative interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Licensed to work within the State of Connecticut as an RN Registered Nurse.
• Must pass background check, drug screen, professional references check, and physical evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with implementation and revision of care plans; monitor health conditions; supplement direct care and respond to emergencies or changes in status.
• Observe care assignments, manage coverage needs, evaluate staff performance, educate and lead staff.
• Communicate changes in resident conditions to families, providers, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Review and investigate incidents; transcribe orders; audit medical charges; maintain record compliance for accuracy.
• Explain health status, changes, and expectations for care; guide and direct care skills and interventions as needed.

Shift Details

• Extra Shift Differential Pay: $2.00 Sun–Thu & $3.00 Fri–Sat
• Staggered Weekend Schedule: 3‑11 p.m. Every Other Weekend; 7–3 p.m. Every Weekend
