• Day Shift- Full Time Mon-Fri (No Weekends)
• Day Shift- Part Time Saturday/Sunday
• Evening Shift-Full Time Mon-Fri (No Weekends)
• Night Shift- Full Time Mon-Fri (No Weekends)
• $95,000 Annually- Pay Negotiable with Experience

Here’s What You’ll Do for Our Residents & Facility

• Care Needs & Planning: Assist to implement & revise care plans, monitors health conditions, supplements direct care needs & responds to emergencies or changes in status
• Staff Oversight & Scheduling: Observes care assignments, manages coverage needs, evaluates staff performance, educate & lead staff
• Family & Team Liaison: Communicates changes in resident conditions to families/providers, works collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team
• Documentation: Reviews and investigates incidents, transcribes orders, audits medical charges and maintains record compliance for accuracy
• Family, Resident, Staff Education: Explain health status, changes and expectations for care, guides and direct care skills with intervention as needed
