Complete Care in Towson, MD is seeking an RN Supervisor for the evening shift. The role oversees care planning, staff scheduling, and collaboration with families and the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality resident care.

• Care Needs & Planning: implement and revise care plans and monitor health status.
• Staff Oversight & Scheduling: manage coverage, evaluate staff performance, educate and lead team.
• Family & Team Liaison: communicate changes to families and collaborate with the care team.
• Documentation: review incidents, transcribe orders, audit charges and ensure record accuracy.
• Family, Resident, Staff Education: explain health status and care expectations; guide care skills.

Here’s What You’ll Do for Our Residents & Facility:

Care Needs & Planning: Assist to implement & revise care plans, monitors health conditions, supplements direct care needs & responds to emergencies or changes in status

Staff Oversight & Scheduling: Observes care assignments, manages coverage needs, evaluates staff performance, educate & lead staff

Family & Team Liaison: Communicates changes in resident conditions to families/providers, works collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team

Documentation: Reviews and investigates incidents, transcribes orders, audits medical charges and maintains record compliance for accuracy

Family, Resident, Staff Education: Explain health status, changes and expectations for care, guides and direct care skills with intervention as needed
