Job summary

Complete Care at Harrington Court is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead care for residents in a long-term care setting on evening (3pm-11pm) or night (11pm-7am) shifts. The role supports care planning, staff oversight, and family communication, with daily documentation and collaboration across the care team.

The position requires prior long-term care experience, strong leadership, and the ability to pass checks. Travel/Contracts considered, pay negotiable, and reciprocity assistance available.

Qualifications

• Licensed to work within the State of Delaware as a RN Registered Nurse.
• Able to pass background check, drug screen, professional references check & physical evaluation.
• Excels in leadership and clinical competency.

Responsibilities

• Care Needs & Planning: assist to implement & revise care plans, monitor health conditions, respond to emergencies.
• Staff Oversight & Scheduling: observe assignments, manage coverage, evaluate staff, educate & lead.
• Family & Team Liaison: communicate changes to families/providers, collaborate with interdisciplinary team.
• Documentation: review incidents, transcribe orders, audit charges, maintain record accuracy.
• Family, Resident, Staff Education: explain health status and care expectations, guide care skills.
