Responsibilities

• Administer Medications: Oral, topical, IV, injections.
• Treatments: Wound care, pain management, dressings.
• Assessment & Monitoring: Health assessments and data tracking.
• Care Planning: Create and update individualized plans.
• Collaboration: Partner with physicians, therapists and social workers.
• Family & Resident Education: Explain status and care expectations.
• Documentation: Record health status and care provided.
• Team Oversight: Oversee and delegate to LPNs/CNAs.

Here’s What You’ll Do for Our Residents:

Administer Medications: Give oral, topical, IV, injectable medications

Treatments: Perform wound care/prevention, manage pain, apply dressings

Assessment & Monitoring: Conduct health assessments, track changes & analyze data

Care Planning: Create, update & execute individualized care

Collaboration: Strategize care with physicians, therapists, social workers & others

Family & Resident Education: Explain health status, changes and expectations for care

Documentation: Keep a detailed record of health status, all care, progress & interactions

Team Oversight: Oversee & delegate to LPN’s and CNA’s ensuring quality care/teamwork
