Job summary

Complete Care Management is hiring an RN Supervisor to lead and coordinate care for residents on the night shift. You will oversee clinical leadership, ensure care plans are followed, and support staff across shifts in a long-term care setting.

You must hold an active CT RN license and bring prior long-term care experience. The role emphasizes supervision, quality care, and collaboration with families and the interdisciplinary team. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities are included.

Qualifications

• Licensed to work in CT as an RN.
• Prior long-term care experience required.
• Must pass background check, drug screen, references, and physical evaluation.
• Strong leadership and clinical skills for supervising shifts and care teams.

Responsibilities

• Care needs and planning: implement and revise care plans, monitor health conditions, respond to emergencies.
• Staff oversight and scheduling: oversee assignments, ensure coverage, evaluate performance, educate and lead staff.
• Family and team liaison: communicate changes to families and providers; collaborate with interdisciplinary team.
• Documentation: review incidents, transcribe orders, audit charges, maintain compliant records.
• Family, resident, staff education: explain health status, changes, and care expectations; guide care interventions.

Here’s What You’ll Do for Our Residents & Facility:
