Complete Care, Inc. in Groton, CT is seeking an RN Supervisor for full-time night shift (11pm-7am) with additional day/evening rotations. This leadership role oversees care planning, staff scheduling and family communication to ensure high-quality resident care.

You will mentor staff, coordinate with the interdisciplinary team, and ensure documentation accuracy while supporting career growth and a strong benefits package.

• Licensed to work within this state as an RN.
• Ability to pass background check, drug screen and references.
• Excels in leadership and clinical competency.

Responsibilities

• Care Needs & Planning: implement and revise care plans; monitor health and respond to changes.
• Staff Oversight & Scheduling: oversee assignments, ensure coverage, evaluate staff performance, train.
• Family & Team Liaison: communicate changes to families and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team.
• Documentation: review and maintain accurate records and orders.
• Family, Resident, Staff Education: explain health status and care expectations; guide care skills.

Here’s What You’ll Do for Our Residents & Facility:

Care Needs & Planning: Assist to implement & revise care plans, monitors health conditions, supplements direct care needs & responds to emergencies or changes in status

Documentation: Reviews and investigates incidents, transcribes orders, audits medical charges and maintains record compliance for accuracy

Family, Resident, Staff Education: Explain health status, changes and expectations for care, guides and direct care skills with intervention as needed
