Job summary

Rowan is hiring a Clinical Studio Manager for our Annapolis studio. You will lead a team of Nurse Piercers and Sales Associates, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and joyous ear-piercing experience while driving sales and stewarding Rowan’s clinical standards.

You must be a licensed nurse (RN or LPN/LVN) with 3–5 years of retail management experience, capable of leading by example on the selling floor and in clinical settings.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a retail management role (3–5 years) in a service-focused environment.
• Active RN or LPN/LVN license required.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Customer-obsessed with a passion for delivering memorable experiences.
• Ability to drive sales and meet revenue targets while ensuring safety.

Responsibilities

• Pierce in a safe, sterile studio while creating a celebratory customer experience.
• Lead and coach Nurse Piercers and Sales Associates to deliver exceptional service.
• Oversee inventory, merchandising, and adherence to health and safety standards.
• Drive studio targets, optimize appointments, and coach staff to improve performance.
• Train and onboard new staff, ensuring Rowan procedures and safety protocols are followed.
• Prepare reports on studio performance and coordinate marketing initiatives.
