Rowan, a joyful ear piercing and jewelry brand, seeks a Clinical Studio Manager to lead its Pearl Street studio in Boulder. You will supervise Nurse Piercers and Sales Associates, drive sales while upholding safety standards, and ensure a welcoming, sterile environment for every customer.

The role requires RN/LPN licensure and 3–5 years of retail leadership experience; compensation includes a base salary of $65,000–$75,000 plus tips and a monthly bonus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a retail management role for 3–5 years, jewelry experience a plus.
• Active RN or LPN/LVN License required.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Customer-obsessed with safety and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a studio team of Nurse Piercers and Sales Associates to deliver exceptional customer service and safety standards.
• Meet studio targets and drive revenue growth while maintaining Rowan’s clinical piercing standards.
• Schedule staff in partnership with District Manager to ensure optimal coverage and payroll accuracy.
• Recruit for open studio positions.
• Oversee inventory management, POS accuracy, and loss prevention.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean, welcoming studio environment.
• Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to staff.
