Job summary

Rowan is hiring a Clinical Studio Manager to lead the 2nd & PCH studio location, overseeing piercing operations, customer experience, and sales performance. You will manage Nurse Piercers and Sales Associates, ensure safety and medical compliance, and drive growth while maintaining Rowan's celebratory, customer-obsessed brand.

Ideal candidates have RN/LPN licensing and 3–5 years of retail management, with strong leadership, communication, and a passion for safe, joyful piercing experiences.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN/LVN license.
• Proven 3–5 years retail management experience.
• Jewelry experience is a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills with a sales mindset.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a studio team of Nurse Piercers and Sales Associates.
• Drive revenue growth and meet studio targets.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance in the studio.
