Job summary

Endeavor Health seeks an RN Stroke Program Navigator to support acute stroke care across the continuum. Per Diem position at Edward Hospital in Naperville, IL, with hours 7:00 AM–7:30 PM and weekend coverage as needed.

You will collaborate with neurologists and the neuroscience team, perform neurological assessments, educate patients and families, and ensure adherence to stroke protocols and quality standards.

Qualifications

• RN with acute care stroke experience preferred.
• Active RN license in Illinois required.
• Certifications in CPR/BLS and NIHSS; ACLS within 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care with neurologists and care teams for stroke patients.
• Perform neurological assessments and support acute interventions.
