Piedmont Eastside Medical Center is seeking a dedicated RN for Progressive Care/PCU/Step Down. This full-time day-shift role offers a sign-on bonus up to $5,000. The PCU/Stepdown unit serves as the bridge between ICU and Medical-Surgical care, with a 24-bed capacity and strong teamwork.

Qualificações

• Current Georgia RN license or NLC/eNLC multistate license.
• BLS certification required.
• New graduates eligible.

Responsabilidades

• Perform patient assessments and develop plans of care.
• Coordinate patient care and supervise staff.
• Communicate issues to the Charge Nurse/Clinical Manager.
• Document patient care in the medical record.
