Piedmont Eastside in Snellville, GA is hiring an RN for Progressive Care/PCU/Step Down on full-time nights. A sign-on bonus up to $10,000 is available.

The unit provides 24-bed PCU care with support from techs, charge nurses, and management, emphasizing evidence-based practice and teamwork. Responsibilities include comprehensive patient assessment, planning and delivering individualized care, coordinating with the care team, and maintaining high standards of nursing practice in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nursing program.
• Current Georgia RN license (multistate where applicable).
• New graduates eligible for PRN/entry roles exists as noted in addendum.

Responsabilités

• Assess patients using nursing process and document findings.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate patient care according to plan of care.
• Coordinate care with team and delegate to assistive staff.
• Communicate patient needs and concerns to Charge Nurse/Physician.
• Ensure standards of practice and safety in all patient interactions.
