Job summary

Piedmont Eastside in Snellville, GA is seeking an RN for Progressive Care/PCU/Step Down on a full-time night shift. This role supports a 24-bed unit with strong teamwork and advanced technology to deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care.

Minimum nursing education is required, with new graduates eligible. A Georgia RN license and BLS certification are mandatory. A sign-on bonus up to $10,000 is available.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nursing program.
• Current Georgia RN license in good standing.
• BLS certification required.
• New graduates eligible.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and health history data collection.
• Evaluate patient developmental age during assessments and education.
• Develop and update care plans based on patient needs and outcomes.
• Carry out and adjust the plan of care to achieve outcomes.
• Coordinate care and supervise ancillary staff to ensure quality nursing care.
