Piedmont Eastside is seeking an experienced RN to join the Progressive Care/PCU/Step Down unit in Snellville, GA, offering full-time night shifts and a sign-on bonus up to $10,000. The PCU serves as a bridge between ICU and medical-surgical units with a 24-bed capacity, supported by a skilled care team and state-of-the-art technology.

Responsibilities include comprehensive patient assessments, planning and coordinating care, and ensuring accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nursing program.
• New Graduates of a nursing program eligible.
• Current GA RN license (or NLC/eNLC) and BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments and collect data (physical, psychosocial, health history).
• Develop and implement an appropriate plan of care, coordinating with the care team.
• Document patient care and collaborate with physicians and Charge Nurse.
