Job summary

Piedmont Eastside in Snellville, GA is seeking an RN for Progressive Care/PCU/Step Down on a part-time night schedule (2 x 12 hour shifts per week, some weekends). Sign-on bonus up to $5,000.

The PCU/Stepdown serves as a bridge between ICU and Medical-Surgical care, with 24 beds and a supportive team environment. This role emphasizes safe, evidence-based nursing care and autonomous, collaborative practice.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nursing program.
• Current Georgia RN license (or compact multistate).
• BLS certification required.
• New Graduates eligible.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments using nursing process.
• Organize data and formulate a care plan; identify information needs.
• Carry out the plan of care to achieve desired outcomes.
• Coordinate patient care with licensed and ancillary staff.
• Document care and communicate with the care team.
