Piedmont Eastside is seeking an RN for Progressive Care/PCU/Step Down on the Night shift in Snellville, GA. This full-time role offers a sign-on bonus up to $10,000 and opportunities to work with a supportive team in a state-of-the-art environment that emphasizes autonomy, teamwork, and accountability.

As part of Piedmont Eastside, you will provide nursing care from admission to discharge, coordinate with the care team, and contribute to delivering evidence-based care in a busy PCU setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nursing program.
• New Graduates eligible.
• Current Georgia RN license and BLS certification.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide nursing care across PCU/Stepdown/Intermediate Care.
• Perform patient assessments and document care.
• Coordinate with the care team and ensure patient safety.
• Oversee activities of support staff.
• Communicate concerns to the Charge Nurse and physicians.
