Arbors at Carroll in Carroll, OH seeks a Staff Development Coordinator Registered Nurse (SDCRN) to assess, plan, and coordinate the center's Staff Development Program, delivering clinical training to licensed and unlicensed staff.

The role partners with the Director of Nursing, ensuring competency, compliance with regulations, and hands-on orientation; requires RN licensure in Ohio, and preferred BS degree and teaching experience.

Qualifications

• RN licensed and eligible to practice in Ohio.
• Three years of nursing experience, including one year in long-term care.
• One year of instructional experience preferred.
• BS degree preferred.
• Strong knowledge of training principles and methods.

Responsabilités

• Develops and coordinates the center Staff Development Program.
• Conducts orientation and ongoing training for staff.
• Ensures documentation complies with state and federal requirements.
• Collaborates with Director of Nursing to evaluate competency.
• Manages OSHA/Risk Management training activities.
