Job summary

Arbors at Springfield in Springfield, Ohio is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to plan, coordinate, and deliver comprehensive nursing care for residents. You will supervise clinical staff and ensure adherence to care plans and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities include assessing residents, documenting care, implementing physicians' orders, administering medications, supervising CNAs, and participating in training.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited RN School of Nursing.
• Valid RN license in the state employed.
• Valid CPR certification.
• One year of nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and leads team conferences in development of individualized nursing care plans.
• Assesses and documents the resident's condition and nursing needs.
• Implements physicians' orders accurately and promptly.
• Assigns nursing care to team members based on needs and capabilities.
• Supervises LPNs, LVNs, and CNAs.
• Administers medications, starts IVs, and documents treatments.
• Participates in orientation and in-service training.
• Coordinates nursing care with therapy and other departments.
• Interviews applicants and participates in hiring decisions.
