Pinewood Nursing Center is seeking a Staff Development Coordinator RN to lead staff education programs, orientation, and continuing education to elevate patient care.

You will identify learning needs, design training, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to apply best practices and evaluate outcomes. Nursing leadership and ongoing professional development are core to this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or related field.
• Current RN licensure in the state of Georgia (GA).
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement staff education programs, including in-service training and orientation.
• Identify learning needs and design training to address gaps.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to identify best practices and evidence-based care.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Provide mentorship and coaching to staff to enhance knowledge and skills.
• Stay current with industry developments in staff development.
