You will design and oversee training programs for our team, mentor staff, and ensure regulatory compliance to uphold high-quality resident care and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Valid state nursing license.
• Advanced degree or certification preferred.
• Experience in a nursing leadership role in LTAC setting preferred.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in staff education.
• Strong communication and instructional skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and deliver orientation and ongoing training programs.
• Assess training needs, develop curriculum, and implement educational strategies.
• Collaborate with department heads to align training with regs and best practices.
• Provide mentoring, coaching, and support to staff to enhance skills.
• Coordinate orientation for all new employees to ensure successful start and regulatory compliance.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and maintain staff certifications.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in nursing care.
