Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement staff education programs, including in-service training, orientation, and continuing education.
• Identify learning needs and design training programs to address gaps in knowledge and skills.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to identify best practices and implement evidence-based care.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
• Provide mentorship and coaching to staff members to enhance their knowledge and skills.
• Stay current with industry developments and best practices in staff development.
