Job summary

Boulevard-Rehabilitation-Center is seeking an RN to lead and manage the professional development program in long-term and sub-acute care settings. You'll oversee onboarding and staff training, and implement new compliance education to keep the center compliant.

Qualified candidates hold an ASN or higher, an active RN license in the state, and at least 2 years of nursing experience. LTC/SNF or clinical education experience is preferred; CDC-IPCO certification must be obtained within 5 days of

• Active RN license in the state of practice is required.
• ASN or higher in Nursing.
• At least 2 years of nursing experience.
• Long-Term Care or SNF experience preferred, Clinical Education or Staff Development valued.
• CDC-IPCO Certification required or willing to complete within 5 days.

Responsibilities

• Manage the professional development program in long-term and sub-acute care settings.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new staff and ongoing staff education.
• Roll out new compliance and regulatory training and ensure regulatory and credentialing requirements are met.
