Job summary

pinellaspoint is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with a passion for education and staff development to lead our professional development program in a long-term care and sub-acute setting. You will onboard, train, and facilitate education for new and existing staff while ensuring compliance with regulatory and credentialing requirements.

You will collaborate with the Director of Nursing and HR to shape our benefits and career growth opportunities, tour our facility, and support a culture

Qualifications

• Assist with onboarding and training new staff, training and facilitation of existing staff, rolling out of new compliance and regulatory training, and ensuring the center remains in compliance with all regulatory, credentialing and educational requirements.
• Two (2+) years' nursing experience required.
• Clear and active RN licensure in the state of practice required.
