Regency at Bluffs Park seeks an RN Staff Development Coordinator to plan, organize, implement and evaluate orientation and ongoing staff education to ensure high-quality resident care in compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations. This role partners with leadership to foster a culture of safety, learning, and accountability.

The position requires an RN with management or supervisory experience in long-term care, with preferred experience in staff development and knowledge of CMS

Formación

• Registered nurse with management or supervisory experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing.
• Prior experience in staff development, education, or leadership preferred.
• Strong knowledge of CMS regulations, state requirements, and long-term care standards.

Responsabilidades

• Assesses the competencies and training of nursing care provided by Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses and Certified/State Tested Nursing Assistants.
• Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with organizational policies and applicable laws.
• Supervises interviews, hires, and trains LPNs and Certified/State Tested Nursing Assistants.
• Plans, assigns, and directs work; prepares assignment sheets with Resident safety and staff capabilities in mind.
• Receives and resolves employee complaints while ensuring proper timekeeping and performance evaluations.
