The coordinator will maintain comprehensive education records, ensure policy adherence, and pursue ongoing geriatric nursing education to support high-quality care in a long-term setting.

• Observe and teach safety policies to nursing staff.
• Obtain continuing education related to geriatric care.
• Identify problems, report objectively, and take corrective action.
